Soraya Osorio and Violeta Lekutanoy are the founding partners of OA design studio.
Soraya's concepts reflect the study of entomology and her deep interest in alchemy informs her understanding of how metal can be transmuted in the shop. She applies this knowledge to manifest structure, balance and depth in form. It is an intimate conversation with metal.
Violeta's work is influenced by the Zero art movement and minimalist architecture which seek to emphasize the beauty of empty space. She employs a beginners mind to reflect emptiness as form while paradoxically accentuating the aliveness of objects within the space. It is an interplay of light and shadow.
The pouring of these two visions into a ceremony of opposites, has created OA. A timeless place where energetic traces and creativity are captured in matter.
